Hello, dear users,

Since the start of this site, there were a lot of changes. Even in our boldest dreams we haven't thought, that the site, made in the beginning as an ordinary snuff ranking, will grown to actual big size, and that will have such effect on snuffers' community.

But, as the saying goes : “noblesse oblige”. One of the site's goal (besides ranking) is to keep snuff' culture and to protect knowledge about snuff (that is in many texts from different ages) against being forgotten. We know, that accumulating this knowledge is simply not enough. It has to be handed to the wider, and wider group of people. And here we have a problem. How we can interest an ordinary snuffer, to widen his knowledge about his favorite habit? Simply giving information „just like that” isn't a good idea. But, another saying is helping us: „give the fishing rod, not the fish”.

And now, now it's the time, to give you, these proverbial fishing rods, and with them, everyone of you may catch extraordinary, very attractive gifts. Top25Snuff, with a help of Dholakia Tobacco, De Kralingse and the on-line shop Tabaki.pl, have an honor to announce The Great Snuff' Knowledge Competition.

In the competition can participate everyone who will answer trivial questions, which have been prepared by greatest historians of snuff living on Earth: our editorial mate Filek and two another judges (Bill Lakey & Jaap Bes). 20 people with the most points will go through to another round, and will fight for unique prizes.

In the beginning of 2010 we have started The Best Snuff of 2009 Poll. In the poll participated snuff, which was a novelty in 2009. As it turned out there were many of them. Of course, not all was strictly available in sale in Poland, but clever snuffers might try all of them.
